Description

In this role, you will directly configure and operate the Fiserv credit card processor, making parameter-level changes to PCF and ACS settings that impact card performance, compliance, and customer experience. You'll execute end-to-end configuration changes, troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory alignment and system stability.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Fiserv/FDR credit card processors
• Recent hands-on configuration of PCF and ACS
• Experience keying parameters for pricing, APR, credit limits, delinquency
• Experience testing and releasing processor configuration changes
• Strong understanding of consumer credit card operations in regulated environment

Responsibilities

• Configure and test PCF and ACS settings in Fiserv processor
• Translate business requirements into parameter-level changes
• Perform UAT and production validation
• Analyze and troubleshoot production issues related to processor configuration
• Maintain documentation for configuration changes and processes
