You'll deliver virtual counseling sessions as part of a digital addiction treatment program at Affect. Your core impact is supporting individuals in recovery through evidence-based care and crisis support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness and level of care
• Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using evidence-based curriculum
• Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in EMR system

📋 Requirements

• Active LCSW, LCAC, LMFT, or LCSW license in Indiana
• Verify credentials through State Board website
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms
• Have private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet

• Experience in substance use disorder treatment
• Experience with telehealth platforms
