🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach managers on performance, feedback, and conflict resolution.
• Manage employee relations cases end-to-end.
• Support performance reviews, salary reviews, and organizational changes.
• Supervise a small HR team of 1-2 people.

📋 Requirements

• 7-9 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations and coaching.
• Experience as an HRBP or Senior HR Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of Quebec employment laws.
• Bilingual French and English required.
