💼 About This Role

You'll deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting. You'll independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a supportive team model. This role offers 100% remote work and competitive compensation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) via telehealth.
• Initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment plans.
• Provide patient-centered, harm reduction-based care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team of clinicians and recovery professionals.

📋 Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in one of the listed states.
• 1+ year experience independently prescribing buprenorphine in an outpatient setting.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote outpatient environment.
• Reside in an eligible state (AK, AZ, CO, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• PMHNP certification (+2% pay differential).
• CARN-AP certification (+1% pay differential).
