You'll drive aggressive expansion of Addi's partner network in the SMB segment through 100% cold prospecting and immediate in-field activation in Cúcuta. You'll be the most impactful growth engine in new territories, achieving rapid GMV growth. This role offers a chance to shape the financial ecosystem in Colombia.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cold field sweeps to acquire and activate SMB merchants
• Territory mapping and route optimization for daily prospecting
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Log all sales activities and data in CRM (Salesforce)

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in cold field sales hunter roles
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quota (110%+)
• Strong proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
• Ability to translate monthly GMV quota ($18K+) into daily execution plan
