• Lead, mentor, and grow a globally distributed team of data scientists and ML engineers.
• Define and execute roadmap for data science, ML, and ad tech initiatives.
• Design and oversee scalable ML pipelines, experimentation frameworks, and real-time data processing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in software engineering, data engineering, or applied data science.
• 3+ years managing technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with modern data and ML platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, Spark, Airflow, dbt, MLFlow.
• Proven ability to architect and deploy ML systems in production.

✨ Nice to Have

• PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience with privacy-focused measurement systems and identity frameworks.
