💼 About This Role

You'll deliver in-home speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Sarasota. You'll help patients stay connected, communicate clearly, and safely participate in everyday life. This role offers flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume through our agency partner network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate patient communication, cognition, and swallowing
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare standards

📋 Requirements

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (CCC SLP) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems
