💼 About This Role

You'll drive new business selling digital health solutions to large employers with 5K to 25K employees. You'll lead end-to-end sales cycles and collaborate with internal teams to expand employer benefits access. This role offers a $300K OTE and the chance to shape a growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive new business with large employers (5K-25K employees)
  • Lead end-to-end commercial sales from sourcing to close
  • Partner with Consultant Relations to build benefits consultant leads
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representative on market opportunities

📋 Requirements

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in digital health or employer benefits
  • Established relationships with key decision-makers in employer benefits or healthcare consulting
  • Deep understanding of employer benefits ecosystems and decision-making processes
  • Ability to establish and refine launch strategy for employer adoption
