You'll lead strategic finance and accounting advisory engagements for middle-market clients at a high-growth consulting firm backed by New Mountain Capital. You'll drive business development and client relationships while shaping and scaling both controllership and strategic finance capabilities. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead full-lifecycle client engagements in strategic finance, data analytics, and accounting advisory.
- Advise executives and private equity sponsors on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and value creation.
- Guide clients on complex accounting standards (ASC 606, ASC 842) and transaction-related accounting.
- Build scalable processes, frameworks, and analytical tools using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python.
- Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, providing technical advisory and interim management.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate program.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in financial consulting, strategic finance, audit, or banking.
- Experience leading finance and accounting functions or transformations.
- Expertise in analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python) and ERP/financial tech (NetSuite, Intacct, etc.).

- MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Accounting.
