You'll support the Store Manager in creating an excellent customer experience while driving sales and delivering on business goals. You'll analyze sales trends and develop action plans to drive top line sales. This role offers the chance to lead daily operations and enforce company policies in a fast-paced retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage day-to-day store operations on the sales floor.
• Achieve sales targets through effective selling and merchandising.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory management.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds

• Retail or Hospitality management experience
• Wine, Spirits & Beer product knowledge
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to alcohol sales
