Description

You'll manage full-cycle accounts payable, process vendor invoices with precise GL coding, audit employee expense reports for compliance, and resolve vendor inquiries within 24 hours. This role ensures financial integrity and transparency to support Komodo Health's mission of reducing the global burden of disease.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in Costa Rica and have proper work authorization
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• B/A in related field

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming vendor bills with extreme attention to detail and correct GL/departmental coding
• Review and reimburse global expense reports, ensuring compliance with Komodo’s policies
• Perform double-checks on payment amounts and banking details to prevent significant financial discrepancies
• Act as the face of Finance for vendors, resolving disputes or missed payments with professional intellectual honesty
• Keep the ERP vendor master file organized and up-to-date and pull samples for annual financial audit
