Description

You will manage the launch and lifecycle of approved oncology therapies, providing market access expertise to healthcare providers and resolving reimbursement barriers to ensure patient access.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7 to 9+ years of experience in oncology, Field Reimbursement, Market Access or Patient Services
• Deep understanding of specialty/oral oncology launches and payer landscape
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business KPIs
• Ability to travel ~60% of the time

Responsibilities

• Proactively address patient access barriers by resolving complex access issues including prior authorizations, appeals, and denials
• Educate private practices and oncology groups on patient support programs, coverage, and payer policies
• Deliver actionable information to practice managers, billing staff, and nurses on payer policies and processes
• Report payer trends related to approved products to Patient Services and Market Access teams
• Develop strategic account plans in collaboration with cross-functional partners
