You will optimize revenue-generating processes and systems, including maintaining databases, creating automations with SQL and Google Apps Script, and providing IT support to sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or similar role (preferred).
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in SQL, Google Apps Script, and Advanced Excel.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain systems and databases related to revenue operations.
• Develop and implement automations using SQL, Google Apps Script, Advanced Excel, and other no-code programs.
• Provide IT support to sales and marketing teams and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend tools and technologies.
