Description

You will oversee financial operations for US and UK based SaaS businesses and early-stage companies, managing the monthly close, revenue recognition (ASC 606), intercompany transactions, and audits. This role requires technical accounting expertise and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 4-year undergraduate degree in accounting
• SaaS experience required
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines with accuracy

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash activities
• Manage monthly financial close including intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Execute revenue recognition per ASC 606 for SaaS, services, and product sales
• Prepare financial reports and manage transfer pricing between US and UK entities
• Serve as liaison for external auditors and ensure UK statutory compliance
