💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Sales Development function from the ground up, setting vision and strategy to drive pipeline growth for Preply's B2B solutions. As Head of SDR, you will own global inbound and outbound motions, building a high-performance team and implementing systems for scalable pipeline contribution. This high-impact role reports into the VP of B2B and directly shapes the future of corporate language learning.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and scale a global SDR organization across inbound and outbound motions
  • Define SDR strategy, operating model, and performance metrics
  • Coach SDR Team Leads on cold calling and continuous development
  • Collaborate with RevOps to deploy tooling and automation for prospecting

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading Sales Development in high-growth B2B SaaS
  • Proven expertise in outbound strategy for mid-market and enterprise segments
  • Deep knowledge of sales tech stacks (Outreach, Sales Nav, parallel dialers)
  • Data-driven approach to forecasting, capacity planning, and funnel optimization
