Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll risk management, incident response, or compliance
• Demonstrated ability to lead incident response and implement data-driven solutions
• Expertise in designing and scaling risk governance frameworks
• Experience mentoring in a distributed, remote-first environment
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee global risk management frameworks for payroll
• Own and evolve the global payroll risk register
• Lead cross-functional risk assessments with Legal, Product, Payroll Ops
• Serve as escalation point and lead coordinator for complex payroll incidents
• Mentor and develop Specialists and Managers in risk and incident practices
