🎯 What You'll Do

• Originating self-sourced leads
• Building long-term referral partnerships with contractors, builders, and agents
• Educating homeowners on renovation lending possibilities
• Driving business development with 50%+ time in the field

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of mortgage origination experience
• Working knowledge of renovation or construction lending
• Active NMLS license
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
