Description

You will assemble, troubleshoot, and repair flight and development engines, support test operations, and collaborate with engineers to improve processes for SpaceX's Raptor rocket engines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 1+ years of experience with mechanical systems, high pressure fluid/pneumatic systems, or heavy equipment.
• 1+ years of experience using power tools, hand tools, and calibrated tooling.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and work at heights up to 300 feet.

Responsibilities

• Perform staging, set up, assembly, tests, and installation of hardware for flight, qualification, and development engines.
• Prepare test articles, test stands, and systems for test operations.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and instrumentation.
• Fabricate, repair, and assemble hardware, equipment, tooling, and shop aids.
• Operate and maintain hardware, high pressure systems, pumps, pneumatic systems, and avionics.
