You'll serve as the primary contact for Salesforce and Sweep support, resolving issues and ensuring smooth system performance. You'll manage tickets, perform Salesforce administration and customer support, and contribute to platform improvements. This role offers 100% remote work with East Coast hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and resolve technical Salesforce issues for customers
• Manage support tickets from submission to resolution
• Configure Salesforce workflows, processes, and user management
• Develop support documentation and FAQs

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years Salesforce Admin experience in SaaS
• Customer-facing experience in technology
• Salesforce configuration and workflow management
• Strong problem-solving skills
