💼 About This Role

You'll join the Renewables Operations and Maintenance division to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on Battery Energy Storage Systems at commercial and industrial solar sites near Odessa, Texas. Your work ensures safe, efficient operations of mission-critical electromechanical infrastructure. This role offers hands-on technical challenges with a leading asset management provider.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on BESS equipment
• Perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) as authorized person
• Conduct daily safety and task planning discussions
• Interact with vendors and customers professionally

📋 Requirements

• 2-4+ years electrical proficiency with systems and components
• Valid driver's license for at least a year
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal skills for EHS requirements

• Renewable energy experience preferred
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Electrical certifications like OSHA 10, OSHA 30, NFPA70E preferred
