Description

You'll lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for SoFi Invest's brokerage platform, including self-directed trading and account-level experiences. You'll coach a team of Product Managers and work with engineering and other functions to deliver complex trading products in a regulated environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years directly managing Product Managers.
• Proven track record building world-class investing and brokerage products.
• Experience in highly regulated environments.
• Strong product sense and deep brokerage expertise.
• Ability to navigate architectural decisions and technical trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision and roadmap for Invest brokerage teams (Trading, Account Experience, Growth).
• Hire, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers.
• Translate company objectives into actionable team goals and OKRs.
• Lead customer-focused product development from ideation to launch.
• Partner with engineering, design, risk, compliance, legal, operations, and analytics.
