You'll drive data-driven decision-making across OneTrust, working closely with the Marketing team. You'll lead data preparation and transformation, develop advanced Power BI dashboards, and apply causal inference methods to derive actionable insights. This role combines strategic impact with hands-on analytics in a B2B SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Partner with business leaders to uncover insights and opportunities.
• Conduct data preparation, transformation, and cleaning processes.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques including causal inference methods.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Finance, CS, Math, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience using analytical and statistical methods to drive business outcomes.
• Advanced experience with SQL in a B2B marketing analytics context.
• Demonstrated success in influencing business strategy from an analytics perspective.

• Experience using Python for data analysis.
