💼 About This Role

You'll explore how AI can understand and improve wellbeing in organizations. You'll develop novel models using machine learning and causal inference. This paid 12-week hybrid internship at TRI's Human-Centered AI Division offers a chance to shape your own research project.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Formulate and explore research questions on wellbeing in organizations.
• Analyze real or simulated datasets to uncover patterns and insights.
• Develop models or simulations using AI/ML methods.
• Communicate findings through reports or prototypes.

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a PhD program
• Demonstrated experience developing AI/ML tools or systems
• Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries
• Strong problem-solving skills in open-ended settings

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with causal inference or probabilistic modeling
• Experience with NLP or LLMs
• Background in social sciences like psychology or sociology
