- Respond to customer support tickets with timeliness and accuracy
- Proactively engage new customers to drive onboarding momentum
- Deliver product trainings and walkthroughs to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
๐ Requirements
- 1โ2 years of customer-facing experience in SaaS
- Comfort leading customer calls and product trainings
- Experience with CRM or support tools like HubSpot
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
