You'll partner with Customer Success, Support, and Technical Account Management to deliver high-quality onboarding and training. This role offers strong exposure to customer lifecycle operations in a growing fintech and AI platform.

  • Respond to customer support tickets with timeliness and accuracy
  • Proactively engage new customers to drive onboarding momentum
  • Deliver product trainings and walkthroughs to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1โ€“2 years of customer-facing experience in SaaS
  • Comfort leading customer calls and product trainings
  • Experience with CRM or support tools like HubSpot
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
