You'll provide home health visits to adult and senior clients, managing OASIS documentation and clinical care. Your impact includes ensuring patient safety and comfort through skilled nursing interventions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories after hours and weekends
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to management
• Follow up and execute doctors' orders with proper documentation

📋 Requirements

• Current RN license in Colorado
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Recent Medicare Certified Home Health / OASIS documentation experience
