You'll act as an extension of Nabis operations, supporting brands and retail partners in the New York cannabis market. Your role involves handling inbound and outbound communications, maintaining KPIs, and collaborating with teams to champion partner needs.

Requirements

• 2 years customer service experience
• Strong and timely communication across platforms
• High level of patience and empathy
• Experience with de-escalation and client retention
• Basic knowledge of payments and collections

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external Nabis partners via calls, emails, chats
• Assist CX managers with ad-hoc projects
• Maintain response times and missed call rate KPIs
• Monitor communications and escalate issues
• Champion partner needs and drive solutions
