You'll manage the procurement process for a large-scale infrastructure project in the Antwerp region, working closely with multidisciplinary project teams. Your efforts will ensure timely and cost-efficient purchasing from strategy to contract preparation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage purchasing scope independently and support a small team.
• Oversee full procurement cycle: strategy, tenders, negotiations, contracts.
• Advise project teams on purchasing matters and collaborate with disciplines.
• Conduct market analysis and handle supplier/subcontractor negotiations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent by experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant purchasing experience in civil or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Belgian construction market.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
