You'll drive growth experiments for a global payments platform, owning a portfolio of high-upside projects to boost acquisition, activation, and revenue. You'll work with senior leaders across Growth, Product, and Data Science in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute Rewards and Campaigns roadmap.
• Identify and size new growth opportunities.
• Build growth testing frameworks and governance.
• Drive creative testing with the Creative team.
• Deliver cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Growth end-to-end.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines.
• Strong analytical skills and experimentation frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
