Description
You will lead sales enablement for Cato Networks' APJ field sales force, including onboarding and coaching. You'll partner with regional sales leadership to align training with go-to-market strategies and help the team position Cato's SASE solutions effectively.
Requirements
- Skilled at building relationships
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for technical and executive audiences
- Self-starter who takes ownership of regional success
- Experience in sales enablement or similar role
- Knowledge of networking, security, or SASE is preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop trusted partnerships with APJ regional sales leadership
- Align Enablement initiatives with regional priorities and go-to-market strategies
- Design, develop and maintain sales and product training for the APJ sales team
- Lead new Sales Directors and Channel Account Managers through onboarding and training
- Use data and field insights to identify coaching opportunities to maximize sales positioning
