• Provide education and instruction to process servers
• Investigate service complaints and create reports
• Audit process server service event histories

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 6-12 months relevant experience preferred
• Excellent written communication skills for professional email
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
