Description

You will design and execute experiments to connect genetic variation to observable traits, working with in vivo and in vitro systems. Collaborating with bioinformaticians, you'll validate genotype-to-phenotype predictions and advance biological programs.

Requirements

• PhD in Biology, Developmental Biology, Genetics, or related field
• 1+ years industry or equivalent postdoctoral experience
• Hands-on experience with in vivo models
• Experience linking genomic/epigenomic function to phenotype
• Experience with large-scale genetic screening platforms

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments to characterize G2P relationships in vivo and in vitro
• Contribute to high-throughput screening and hypothesis-driven studies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to iterate between computational predictions and experimental validation
• Oversee experimental animal models and manipulate fetal/embryonic tissues
• Develop and optimize wet-lab multi-omics workflows
