Description

You will monitor dashboards, datacenters, incidents, and changes, documenting and communicating impactful events to clients and leadership. You'll oversee surveillance, respond to security issues, and create detailed incident documentation.

Requirements

• Associate degree or 3 years of relevant Data Center support experience
• Expertise in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of Windows OS
• Strong IT troubleshooting skills (network, platform, storage)
• Experience with IP Cameras and Access Control

Responsibilities

• Monitor dashboards, datacenters, incidents, and changes
• Document and communicate impactful events to clients and leadership
• Surveillance of operations and respond to security issues
• Coordinate with managers on access control and identity management
• Coordinate with on-site teams during emergency scenarios
