Description

You will lead the growth of Apex's water, wastewater, and stormwater services in a target Northeast market, leveraging your municipal network to drive business development and oversee project delivery. This strategic role offers the opportunity to build a local office and shape the company's infrastructure expansion.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• 15+ years experience in municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater infrastructure
• Registered Professional Engineer in MA, CT, or NH preferred
• Proven success in developing new markets and securing key municipal clients
• Strong record of mentoring and leading cross-discipline teams

Responsibilities

• Lead market growth and develop strategic plan for water, wastewater, and stormwater services
• Serve as trusted advisor to municipal and utility clients, identifying and pursuing new opportunities
• Oversee project delivery ensuring technical excellence and adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers and project managers
• Represent Apex at industry events and professional associations
