• Manage shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proven leadership in driving sales and developing teams.
• Ability to merchandise and handle operational tasks.

• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
