You'll join a team at DIS-TRAN Steel performing structural welds on steel components. Your work directly supports maintaining a steady production flow with speed and accuracy. Our culture emphasizes respect and integrity throughout the facility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate safety equipment and follow safe work habits
• Position, align, and weld parts per blueprints
• Set up and operate hand and power tools for welding
• Move parts safely using hoists or cranes

📋 Requirements

• Ability to interpret blueprints and read a tape measure
• Welding certification or prior experience passing Welder II test
• Produce complete joint penetration welds meeting AWS D1.1 code
• Ability to properly set, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment
