You'll partner with Customer Success Managers to own the technical solutioning for Postman's enterprise customers. Your core impact is turning complex challenges into repeatable solutions that scale across the entire customer base. This consultative role blends technical depth with systems thinking to accelerate customer value.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Unblock customers from basic setups to complex architectural challenges
- Conduct technical discovery and design implementation paths
- Build reusable assets like guides, templates, and scripts
- Capture product gaps and provide feedback to roadmap
๐ Requirements
- 6-8+ years in a technical customer-facing role
- Strong foundation in Computer Science or Engineering
- Experience with JavaScript and Node.js/TypeScript
- Deep understanding of APIs and developer workflows
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with GitHub, AWS, Azure
- Experience building automation tools and collateral
- Knowledge of enterprise software delivery practices
