💼 About This Role

You'll own the office experience end-to-end at our new London office, from day-to-day operations to culture-building events. You'll create a welcoming environment that embodies Lovable's brand while scaling operations from 50 to 200+ employees.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own office experience end-to-end, from first point of contact to daily operations
• Design and execute team events, offsites, and rituals
• Manage facilities, maintenance, vendor coordination, and scalable operations
• Coordinate customer events and brand initiatives with GTM & EPD teams
• Manage office budget, negotiate with vendors, and track expenses

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of office management or hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment
• Event management experience is a must
• Proactive service mindset with ability to anticipate needs
• Startup-ready: thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
