🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise accounts
  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers
  • Monitor account health and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with sales to identify expansion opportunities

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success in B2B SaaS healthcare
  • Strong healthcare industry knowledge and understanding of clinician needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly learn complex technical products and explain to non-technical users
