🎯 What You'll Do

• Orchestrate and drive critical platform initiatives from kickoff to launch
• Serve as central communication hub between Engineering, Product, and Architecture
• Develop and maintain advanced roadmaps with status, dependencies, and risks
• Champion Agile and SAFe practices to continuously improve delivery

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex software product development programs at enterprise scale
• Ability to influence and advise senior leadership, translating technical details into strategic narrative
• Exceptional leadership, diplomacy, and communication skills
• Deep experience with risk management, release planning, and dependency tracking in Jira/Confluence
