๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll be the first dedicated sales hire for Intellica, a sales concierge that chats with customers via iMessage for Shopify DTC brands. You'll own, systematize, and scale sales, prospecting and closing mid-market accounts ($10M-$100M revenue). This role combines consultative selling to multi-party stakeholders with building the sales playbook for a venture studio-backed startup.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Prospect and close mid-market D2C accounts ($10Mโ€“$100M revenue)
  • Own the full end-to-end sales process and build the playbook
  • Navigate multi-party sales with brand owners, Heads of E-Commerce, and Ops
  • Work closely with CEO, Head of Growth, and Head of CX

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years of consultative closing experience as an Account Executive
  • Proven track record of closing deals with D2C brands (e-commerce DNA)
  • Active use of AI tools for prospecting, research, and outreach
  • Existing rolodex of D2C brand contacts (preferred, not required)

  • Experience selling into Shopify ecosystem
  • Understanding of concierge commerce and personal shopping concepts
  • Miami-based or willing to relocate
