You'll serve as the senior on-site production presence, develop scalable processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure creative and commercial success.

Requirements

• 7+ years of production experience with celebrity talent
• Proven background in talk show, live/studio, lifestyle, or event production
• Direct experience working with talent agents, publicists, and legal management
• Track record of building agency relationships and sourcing talent
• Experience supervising junior producers or coordinators

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production on high-profile campaigns
• Manage cadence and logistics of multi-shoot, rotating-format productions
