💼 About This Role
You'll build customer success processes for the London office of a fast-growing AI SaaS company. Your work will onboard and expand accounts for 5,000+ customers like Ramp and Notion. This role offers visibility across product and sales teams.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Onboard new customers to Juicebox and ensure their success
- Build and manage renewal processes and best practices
- Resolve ongoing customer issues and act as a partner
- Collaborate with Sales to expand customer accounts
📋 Requirements
- Deep understanding of recruiting processes and challenges
- Very organized with ability to manage high volume of threads
- Located in or willing to relocate to London for in-person work
