💼 About This Role

You'll build customer success processes for the London office of a fast-growing AI SaaS company. Your work will onboard and expand accounts for 5,000+ customers like Ramp and Notion. This role offers visibility across product and sales teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Onboard new customers to Juicebox and ensure their success
  • Build and manage renewal processes and best practices
  • Resolve ongoing customer issues and act as a partner
  • Collaborate with Sales to expand customer accounts

📋 Requirements

  • Deep understanding of recruiting processes and challenges
  • Very organized with ability to manage high volume of threads
  • Located in or willing to relocate to London for in-person work

  • Experience as a recruiter or sourcer
