💼 About This Role

You'll join a team of 6 attorneys and own critical workstreams across SEC reporting, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance at a successful public tech company dual-listed on the NYSE. Your work will have a global impact spanning U.S. securities law, Israeli Companies Law, and international entity management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare Exchange Act filings and public disclosure documents
• Assist with board and committee meeting planning
• Advise on corporate, regulatory, and strategic matters
• Maintain corporate compliance programs and educational materials

📋 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Member of New York or other U.S. state Bar
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience at a top-tier law firm
• Prior experience drafting and reviewing Exchange Act filings
