You'll lead traffic design projects for the Department of Transportation and local agencies, producing safe and efficient plans for roundabouts, signals, and lighting. This hybrid role offers a collaborative team environment with work-from-home flexibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead traffic signal and roundabout design and plan development.
• Conduct analyses using simulation and modeling software.
• Create production of plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with engineers on transportation infrastructure systems.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5-8 years of related experience.
• Professional Engineer license in Minnesota or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience with CADD software (MicroStation, AutoCAD).

✨ Nice to Have

• PTOE Certification or interest in attaining it.
• Previous Design-Build experience.
• Experience with traffic analysis software (Synchro/SimTraffic, VISSIM).
