Description

You will lead the execution of debt and tax equity financing for a fast-growing renewable IPP, overseeing deal teams, managing investor relationships, and ensuring smooth project closings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in structured/project finance
• Preferably with a developer, IPP, or leading project finance lender
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
• Expertise in financial modeling and structuring

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and managing tax equity and debt financing for projects and corporate facilities
• Coordinating RFP materials and leading outreach to lenders and investors
• Overseeing due diligence with technical and financial advisors
• Training and supervising junior team members, ensuring high-quality work product
• Leading negotiation of term sheets and legal documents with counsel
