You'll develop efforts that inform, engage, and inspire employees and foster brand ambassadorship to move CR forward. You'll collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy
• Deliver enterprise communications including Town Halls and change comms
• Coordinate communications with cross-functional teams like People Culture and IT
• Design multi-channel experiences for a hybrid workforce

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or related field
• 5-7 years of internal communications experience
• Strong understanding of internal communications best practices and digital platforms
• Ability to provide strategic communications counsel to senior management
