You'll build the platform powering Ash, the first AI for mental health, working across voice, AI stacks, and data systems. You'll improve observability, deployment, and platform tooling to scale reliably. Join a well-funded Series A team dedicated to making mental health support accessible globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and launch features across the stack collaboratively.
• Improve reliability, performance, and scalability of the Ash platform.
• Investigate and resolve production issues related to latency and cost.
• Prototype new features based on customer feedback and product instincts.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with production systems at scale.
• Strong systems instincts regarding latency, reliability, and cost.
• Comfortable building across full stack and learning new technologies quickly.
• Experience in fast-paced environments taking systems from prototype to production.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with production AI inference or model serving systems.
• Experience working on realtime systems like voice or live communications.
• Experience with large-scale data pipelines or evaluation systems.
