💼 About This Role

You'll operate and maintain a water treatment plant in Defiance, MO, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations through daily monitoring and lab tests. You'll work on new equipment from a capital project adding a clarifier and replacing existing ones. This role offers opportunities for certification growth in a supportive, employee-owned company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor daily treatment process and equipment performance
• Collect and analyze water samples per Standard Methods
• Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on plant equipment
• Respond to emergency situations as required

📋 Requirements

• Valid Missouri motor vehicle operator's license
• Working knowledge of water treatment plant operation and maintenance
• Knowledge of safety precautions in water treatment work
• Ability to wear a respirator or PAPR
