You'll be the primary technical point of contact, guiding clients from data gathering to training. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive and manage new customer implementations from start to finish.
• Be the primary technical point of contact for new customers deploying OpenGov.
• Interact directly with government leaders and guide them through the process.
• Understand customer pain points and partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of software implementation consulting experience with external clients.
• Experience with GIS software is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge in analyzing and reporting large volumes of financial and operational data.
• Ability to provide clear and effective phone support to build customer relationships.
