You'll manage and maintain comprehensive personal insurance portfolios for high-net-worth clients, coordinating policies, renewals, and claims across property, casualty, and specialty lines. You'll serve as the central coordination point between clients, advisors, brokers, and carriers to ensure coverage accuracy and risk alignment.   • Manage and maintain client insurance portfolios including property, casualty, liability, and specialty coverage
  • Monitor policy renewals, track schedules, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Coordinate claims process from initiation through resolution with carriers
  • Review policy proposals and compare coverage options across carriers

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years in personal lines insurance, account management, or brokerage support
  • Experience reviewing insurance policies and making coverage recommendations
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate coverage structures and risk exposure
  • Excellent organizational and documentation management abilities

  • Brokerage experience or exposure to multi-carrier quote comparison
  • Experience with high-net-worth client portfolios
  • Professional insurance designation (e.g., CIC, CISR)
